Gareth Bale Transfer From Real Madrid is Inevitable
His arrival at Real Madrid was greeted with much fanfare with the Welshman expected to couple — arguably the world’s best player — Cristiano Ronaldo and form the world’s most feared attack.
Though the side won last season’s Champions League title, the last two La Liga campaigns have not followed the script. Finish third behind rivals Atletico Madrid and Barcelona last season almost cost manager Carlo Ancelotti his job.
Though Real Madrid are still alive in the Champions League race this season, a quarterfinal draw against derby rival Atletico Madrid awaits. Real Madrid also trail Barcelona in La Liga by four points.
Since joining Real Madrid, Gareth Bale has not found the same success that he had during his time in North London. With the Madrid supporters growing restless, a change of scenery could be on the cards for the Welsh international.
Following a nine match goalless streak, Bale was mercilessly booed by Madrid supporters. Following the sides 2-1 loss against Barcelona, Bale’s car was attacked at the Real Madrid training facility.
While his form for Real has been less than spectacular, his form for Wales has been nothing less than superb. Scoring four goals in Wales’s last five Euro 2016 qualifying matches, Bale has placed Wales in contention to make their first ever trip to the European Championships.
Following his two goal performance against Israel, Bale made his first response towards the critics at Real Madrid.
“I don’t need to answer the critics. I know, and everyone around me knows, what I can do.”
With Chelsea now being talked
about as a possible landing spot for the disgruntled star, Bale’s time
in the Spanish capital could be over. Manchester United is also being reported as an interested party, with the Red Devils continuing in their interest from two years ago. With top clubs all across the world interested in the Welsh star, Gareth Bale has a plethora of options to choose from. One thing that is for certain though, Gareth Bale leaving Real Madrid this summer is the inevitable conclusion to his tenure at Real Madrid.
