Arsenal and Roma are also keen on the £12million-rated Dynamo Kiev centre-back, who looks set to move this summer after impressing this season.
United scouts are continuing to watch Dragovic, with boss Louis van Gaal keen to bolster his central defensive personnel this summer.
Although Borussia Dortmund's World Cup-winning defender Mats Hummels remains Van Gaal's top defensive target, the United boss is keeping all of his options open by having Dragovic watched.
Van Gaal has upwards of £100m to spend this summer, with United - currently fourth in the Premier League - poised to make an immediate return to the Champions League after last season's seventh-placed finish.
