ARSENAL, Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur are lining up bids for Stevenage FC's Northern Ireland U19 youngster Ben Kennedy, according to reports.
Kennedy, 18, struck twice in only his second start for Boro at Hartlepool United, helping Graham Westley's men to a 3-1 win.
He also scored as a sub against Southend United, also winning a penalty in this match as Stevenage triumphed 4-2 against the promotion chasers.
Arsenal's chief scout Brian McDermott has been to watch Kennedy, claim the Sunday People.
Manchester City and other Premier League clubs are running the rule over the teenager, according to reports.
Kennedy signed his first professional deal at The Lamex Stadium in February, after making his debut as a second-half substitute against Oxford.
He scored for the Northern Ireland U19 team in their 1-1 draw against Holland.
He was a central midfielder for the successful Stevenage U18 side, but has shone in attack since being promoted to the Boro first team.
Kennedy is back from international duty and will be in the Stevenage squad for today's league match at leaders Burton Albion, which is being shown live on Sky Sports.
